I cannot say for certain as I don't have it, but I've seen it listed in the directory. This neighbor is fully sighted, but the app is listed on AppleVis apparently because it works with VoiceOver. I don't recall exactly what was said, but it was along the lines of something which I probably cannot say on a public thread such as this.

The app gave the current weather followed by a snarky and amusing remark. A sighted neighbor-who was at the time not my neighbor but one of my tutors-played me a sample of Carrot Weather in his car as we were going to a summer bash.
